Helping women find freedom from chronic digestive dysfunction.

“You are fearfully and wonderfully made.” Psalm 139:14

Hello & Welcome!

I am so glad you are here! My name is Alli, and I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. I live in the Pacific Northwest with my husband, Jake, and our doodle, Sophie.

My passion is to help women discover that it is possible to live without debilitating fatigue, migraines, constipation, bloating, and emotional rollercoasters that are often rooted in gut imbalances. I believe in a whole-person approach to healing and wellness, where we consider our beliefs, lifestyle, and dietary choices in order to create a plan that nourishes every part of our being.

Our bodies were designed to heal; let’s work together to begin your journey!

Nutritional Therapy can change your life! It focuses on providing individualized nutrition that is easy and practical to implement to help you uncover the root causes of your digestive complaints and support your body's ability to regain proper function. We utilize an in-depth intake process that analyzes your goals, health history, symptoms, and relationship with food to build a customized protocol that is right for you. This is not a quick-fix approach; it is one of discovery and continued curiosity that propels us toward long-term wellness.

What is Nutritional Therapy?

Nutritional Therapy is right for you if…

  • You are exhausted from years of sifting through endless amounts of opposing Nutritional information and are ready to pass the baton to someone who can take that on for you and be your advocate!

  • You have an ever-growing list of foods that you can no longer tolerate and are not sure why you still have symptoms.

  • You are ready to peel back the layers of your health to uncover what may be driving your symptoms of dysfunction instead of merely ‘managing’ those symptoms.

  • You want to take an active role in your health journey by partnering to build a personalized protocol that enables you to reach and maintain your goals.

  • You want to restore your relationship with food and gain a sense of enjoyment around the table.

  • You want to support your body in feeling its best so you can get back to living your life with intention!

What can Nutritional Therapy Support?

The digestive system's function is foundational to our work as Nutritional Therapy Practitioners, as it impacts every system in the body. Our health and well-being depend on the ability of the digestive system to protect us from invading pathogens like bacteria, fungi, and parasites, as well as break down food into small molecules of nutrients that can be easily absorbed and transported throughout the body. Our cells, tissues, organs, and organ systems require these nutrients to build themselves and create energy, hormones, and structure. By assessing the function of this system through a thorough intake process and analysis of functional lab work, we can create a customized healing protocol that supports your body’s ability to regain balance, extending beyond your digestive tract. The following are common symptoms and conditions that nutritional therapy can radically improve.

  • Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO)

  • Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)

  • Heartburn/GERD/Acid reflux

  • Constipation/Diarrhea

  • Gas/Bloating/Cramping

  • Parasites/Candida (Yeast)/H.Pylori
