Let me walk you through how the process works…
Schedule Your Free Discovery Call with Me
Take the first step towards finding out how Nutritional Therapy can support you by booking a 20-minute 'Free Discovery Call.’ Upon booking this discovery call, you will be sent a complimentary Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire that we will briefly review together. This helpful assessment tool will give us an idea of what foundations of your health need the most support and how this work can provide just that. This is a great time to ask questions about my approach, and it allows us both to determine if working together is the right fit!
Choose Your Commitment to Health
Your dedication to a three-month package demonstrates a significant commitment to your healing journey and provides the time needed to begin to see real and significant changes.
All-in Nutritional Therapy Package
This is a Three-Month Package that sets the stage for change and establishes a rhythm for building sustainable and consistent nutrition and lifestyle practices that are easily implemented into your life. This package includes the 90-minute initial consultation session along with 5 45- minute follow-up sessions. Over the 3 months, we will work together to develop healthy eating habits and lifestyle strategies that sustain your energy and mood and support digestion. You will receive a customized five-day meal plan that considers your unique needs and gives you an idea of what balanced meals look like. We will meet twice a month to reassess goals and address any concerns that arise along the way. Healing is often not linear, and it takes time to see lasting results. There will be ups and downs along the way; that is why we recommend investing a minimum of three months of consistent work in order to see real change. This package is best suited to provide ongoing support through virtual check-ins, messaging through the Practice Better client portal, ongoing resources, and handouts to enable you to have the most success in reaching your goals!
Initial Consultation Package
If you're hesitant about committing to the ‘All-In’ Three-Month Package”, consider our Initial Consultation Package. This package features a 90-minute session where we'll review your submitted intake forms, including your food and mood journal, comprehensive symptom questionnaire, and health history intake. This session is a chance for us to engage in an in-depth conversation about your health concerns and goals, allowing me to understand how to better support you. Based on this discussion, I'll develop initial recommendations for you to get started. Additionally, this package includes a 45-minute follow-up call, typically within a week of our first meeting. In this call, we'll go over a personalized protocol I've prepared for you, building on the initial recommendations and covering aspects like lifestyle, diet, and, if needed, supplements.
While this standalone consultation is a great first step, it's most effective when part of a full package, which allows for a more comprehensive protocol and ongoing support through regular follow-ups and re-assessments. Please note that this monthly package doesn't offer discounts on supplements or support after the follow-up visit.
Monthly Follow-Up package
If you're interested in continued support beyond the initial consultation package but aren't ready to commit to the three-month package, I offer a monthly alternative. This option includes biweekly follow-up calls, providing an opportunity to discuss any concerns or questions you might have while implementing the initial protocol. These regular meetings are a great way to ensure accountability and offer you support, especially if you face any challenges that hinder your progress. Throughout the month, you can also reach out through the Practice Better client portal, where you'll receive additional resources like handouts or meal-planning strategies.
Functional Lab work
Through my continued training with Restorative Wellness Solutions, a Leading continuing education provider, I have gained the skills and experience to utilize specific labs in order to uncover the ‘why’ behind many chronic digestive and hormonal symptoms. No test is infallible, but they can be significantly insightful at giving us a clearer picture of what is going on in the digestive tract and a better idea of where we need to go in order to support the body’s ability to regain proper function. I use two tests in conjunction: The GI Map Stool and MRT Food Sensitivity tests. These tests work together to provide invaluable data that take the guesswork out of building a personalized protocol so that you can feel better faster. The GI Map gives us a picture of what is going on inside the gastrointestinal tract by providing information on markers that may indicate the need for digestive enzyme support, intestinal healing agents, the need for eradication of inflammatory pathogens, or how we may need to support the immune system. The MRT food sensitivity test allows us to identify specific foods and food chemicals that are causing inflammation within the body. By identifying and removing these foods with a customized strategy for a short period of time, we will reduce inflammation in the gut so that we can work to repair the lining and function of the digestive tract. This is a big commitment and involves a lot of work and sacrifice on your part, but it allows us to create a clear path forward by understanding some of the major drivers behind your symptoms and function.
The function and health of our digestive system is the first healing priority of the body. It is vital that we are able to properly digest and absorb food in order to ward off harmful invaders like bacteria, fungi, viruses, and parasites, as well as deliver the most bioavailable nutrients throughout the body to support the formation of healthy cell membranes, hormones, and manage inflammation.
If you choose to go forward with lab testing, this will be at an additional cost for the testing, interpretation, and protocol development that can be added at any point in our work together.
